Structure composition of CNC engraving electromechanical spindle
1. High speed motor technology: The electric spindle is a product of the fusion of the motor and the spindle, and the rotor of the motor is the rotating part of the spindle. In theory, the electric spindle can be regarded as a high-speed motor, and its key technology is dynamic balance at high speeds.
2. Lubrication: The lubrication of the electric spindle generally adopts timed and quantitative oil air lubrication. Oil quantity control is very important, as too little oil cannot provide lubrication; If there is too much oil, it will generate heat due to the resistance of the oil when the bearing rotates at high speed.
3. Cooling device: In order to quickly dissipate heat for high-speed electric spindle, circulating coolant is usually applied to the outer wall of the electric spindle, and the function of the cooling device is to maintain the temperature of the coolant. There are two commonly used cooling methods for the spindle motor of CNC engraving machines: water cooling and air cooling.
4. Built in pulse encoder: In order to achieve automatic tool change and rigid tapping, the electric spindle is equipped with a pulse encoder to achieve accurate phase angle control and coordination with feed.

The Application Advantages of Electric Spindles in CNC Engraving Machines
1. Stable speed accuracy: The speed fluctuation error of the electric spindle operates stably, and the error control requirement is within 0.3%.
2. Fast acceleration and deceleration: To improve work efficiency, the acceleration and deceleration time is required to be as short as possible, usually within 3 to 5 seconds.
3. Avoiding overshoot: Oscillators that travel from one speed to another generally require overshoot to be as small as possible.
4. Low speed heavy cutting requirements: When processing certain workpieces, low frequency and high torque output are required. Low speed heavy cutting is an important indicator for determining whether the driver is suitable for multifunctional engraving and milling electromechanical spindle applications.
5. Requirements for high-speed optical cutting: High speed CNC system and excellent servo motor characteristics, with errors as small as possible.
6. High environmental adaptability: Due to the special nature of machine tool processing materials, harsh environments such as metal dust, oil stains, and moisture on site require a higher level of protection for the drive.
