How to operate the vacuum laminating machine correctly?

1. Before going to work, check whether the pressing device and all rotating parts are intact and normal.

2. Clean the dust and debris inside the workbench.

3. Prepare necessary materials such as product pads (6-8 millimeters smaller than the workpiece).

4. Check and adjust the temperature and schedule settings based on the thickness of the film material.

When processing multiple pieces on a combined platform, place them at an appropriate distance based on the thickness of the processed board (usually 3-4 times the thickness of the board).

6. Before starting the heating hood, check if the feeding rack is locked, if there are any objects or personnel hands on or around the guide rail.

During the operation of the machine, it is strictly prohibited to stand around the machine, let alone place hands on the guide rails and equipment, to prevent the machine from automatically retracting the heating cover and injuring people.

8. It is strictly prohibited to place products and other objects on the heating hood.

When abnormal machine operation is detected, the power should be immediately turned off and the supervisor should be notified.

10. It is not allowed to dismantle safety covers and other protective items at will.

During work, operators are not allowed to leave the machine tool.

12. Turn off the power when the work is completed.
