II Maintenance steps

1. Unplug the power cord. Safety first.

2. Remove the plastic sheath, take a cross screwdriver counterclockwise, and loosen the two screws.

3. Take a screwdriver and unscrew the left and right pairs of carbon brush screws counterclockwise. Use pointed pliers to remove the carbon brush, carefully note the installation position of the carbon brush, and restore it smoothly.

4. Clean the dust on the carbon brush with a brush. Gently spray when there is an air spray gun.

5. Slightly apply force to pry open the outer shell.

6. Rotate the Mada shaft with your fingers to see if there is any sound of touching or metal friction.

7. Make sure there is no dust left, use universal needle turning oil, drop a little into the seam on the circular ring, and rotate the shaft with your fingers to ensure that the oil is absorbed.

8. Wipe off the remaining oil, otherwise dust will come on in the future.

9. Follow the above steps to restore the device.

10. After tightening the screws, first rotate them with your fingers to see if they are smooth and if the carbon brush is properly installed, and make sure there are no abnormalities.

11. Plug in the power and turn it on until the sound is normal!
